Cross Team Task Groups

Three task groups were established at the beginning of the CDSJ Initiative. At this point, members of each Task Group are drawn from each of the executive area teams. The level of activity for each task group has varied over time as the larger CDSJ Initiative has moved from one stage to the next.

Communications Group. This group coordinates campus-wide and external communications, including CDSJ web pages, presentations, news articles and dissemination of campus-wide reports. It also assists executive area teams with developing their own internal communications plans.

Assessment Group. This group coordinates campus-wide assessement activities such as the employee campus climate survey, assists executive area teams with assessment activities such as focus groups, and generates campus-wide assessment reports.

Leadership Group. This group plans and coordinates leadership meetings and retreats and assists leadership with communications about the CDSJ Initiative.
