Overall coordination, support and planning for the CDSJ Initiative is performed by the University CDSJ Team.
Mission
To coordinate and support a process for changing HOW we approach CDSJ issues, initiated in each Executive Area, and based on
- needs assessment

- Members are representatives of each Executive Area Team and Task Group
- Meets twice monthly
- Meetings facilitated by a chair

Member Criteria for the University CDSJ Coordinating Group
- Represent different levels, roles and expertise in the organization
- Personal commitment to equity, fairness, diversity, inclusiveness
- Competence in dealing with racism, sexism and other forms of exclusivity
- "Opinion leaders," respected by othersin the organization
- Representative of racial, gender, age, disability and sexual orientation diversity
- Regular job responsibilities include team participation
