Administrative: Why are so many working mothers haunted by constant guilt?

Francie Latour discusses the tormenting guilt that many mothers are now facing; they feel like "bad mothers" when trying to find a balance between work and home life. A study was conducted at the University of Toronto quantifying the emotions we experience as work and family boundaries become increasingly blurred, and measuring the effect those emotions have on psychological well-being. Women tend to feel more guilt about themselves while doing the juggling of home and work-life that sets them apart from men.
