Dinner On Us (DOU) is a parent education workshop series offered most Monday evenings during the academic year. The program series offers an ever changing series of topics for parents including: children's stages of development, behavior guidance strategies, child and family nutrition, creating family rituals, parenting time management, pediatric medical and dental issues, children and the media, and maintaining healthy family relationships. Participation in the program is open to campus and Amherst Family Center families with young children and an independent study credit option is available to undergraduate students.

DOU workshops are held in the Student Union and include a free family dinner, supervised children's activities, and free parking passes.
