Clinical Assistant Professor
BIO: Clinical Assistant Professor Erin T. Lamoureux, teaches in the undergraduate program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Lamoureux has more than twenty years of experience in nursing education. She is a geriatric clinical nurse specialist and practices at Mason Wright Assisted Living Facility in Springfield Ma. She is currently enrolled as a doctoral student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, focusing on health promotion in the older adult. Lamoureux coordinates the clinical educator workshop for nursing preceptors which is offered biannually at the University of Massachusetts. Lamoureux also has a keen interest in teaching strategies, stress management and simulation education.
