On Thursday, December 7th, over 100 nurses were inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing, at the University of Massachusetts Campus Center. Of the nurses inducted, about 60 were UMass Amherst undergraduate and graduate students.

On November 1st, over 75 community members and nursing students attended the Safe Injection Facilities (SIFMA) in MA Now event, co-sponsored by the UMass Amherst College of Nursing, SAFE Injection Massachusetts NOW! and the New England Users Union at Tower Square in Springfield.
