Favorite thing about being a UMass Amherst Student:  I love how many opportunities the school offers! There's a chance to do literarily anything you want- academic or extracurricular!

Most interesting thing you’ve done or place you’ve been as part of your UMass experience: I volunteer at a nearby nursing home, Arbors at Amherst, and honestly, it's the highlight of most of my weeks. I love all the fun activities I get to do with the residents there. It's definitely a lovely break from classes.

Any words of advice for new students?:  Immerse yourself into as much as you can. Expand your horizon! Don't be confined to what you are accustomed to doing. Through this, you will discover new things you truly enjoy doing. Also, make sure you have a great time here wisely. Find the perfect balance between classes and free time. One more thing, always use the resources that have been placed to help you succeed!

Interests/Hobbies/Spare Time Activities:  I really appreciate art. I love listening to good music and looking at amazing photographs or paintings/drawings. Occasionally I dance. I also love free writing and reading some good literature too.
