UMass Amherst-Springfield Partnership Celebrated

Officials from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the City of Springfield formalized a new Greater Springfield-University of Massachusetts Amherst Partnership designed to promote collaborations that will lead to the revitalization of Springfield's economy.
