Amanda Kinchla’s research focuses on applied research and food safety education to support the food industry. Her work supports the development of research from concept to commercialization to address technical challenges and delivery against product/business needs from farm to fork. In addition, Kinchla and her research group identify and provide educational outreach opportunities and create educational programs that address food science needs through short courses, online training and other outreach venues.
