Pregnant Women Needed for Research Study on Sleep in Pregnancy

Researchers in the department of biostatistics and epidemiology and College of Nursing are recruiting pregnant women for a research study on sleep in pregnancy.

The purpose of this research study is to see whether using a personal health monitoring device improves management of sleep for pregnant women.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, 14-24 weeks pregnant, having their first baby, healthy, English speaking and have a smart phone and internet access.

By participating in this study, you may learn new strategies for improving your sleep.

All women who participate will receive a free personal health monitoring device and gift card.
