The final University Women’s Network (UWN) luncheon for the 2013-14 academic year is being held on Wednesday, June 11 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Hadley Room, 1001 Campus Center.
The thank-you luncheon will feature a cooking demonstration of the main course: seared beef striploin with wild mushrooms. The event is also an opportunity to renew membership for the upcoming year at the cost of $25.
Non-members are invited as well. Those intending to members at the luncheon are welcome to attend at no cost.
The menu also includes freshly baked honey wheat bread, summer corn and tomato salad, local asparagus, mixed berry and yogurt parfait with a lemon zest garnish and coffee and tea.
