USAF Band of Liberty's New England Winds to perform in concert

The United States Air Force Band of Liberty’s New England Winds will perform on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. in Bezanson Recital Hall.

Headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base in Lincoln, the woodwind quintet is touring with a program entitled “Music from Salzburg to Manhattan” that includes popular, Broadway, patriotic, jazz and folk music, as well as pieces from the traditional quintet repertoire. Included in the program will be works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, John Philip Sousa and George Gershwin.

Members of the New England Winds are Staff Sergeant Amanda Dell on clarinet, Senior Airman Avril Claytor on flute, Senior Airman Craig Matta on horn, Airman First Class Katherine Nettles on obo and Airman First Class Chris Stahl on bassoon.

The program is free and open to the public.
