The University Club is hosting a special, three-course Holiday Dinner on Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 5-9 p.m.
Award-winning chef Matthia Accurso has prepared a menu that includes chestnut soup with bacon lardons and thyme croutons, kabocha squash, endive and pomegranate salad, braised veal osso bucco with roasted cauliflower risotto and winter vegetables, pan-roasted arctic char with beluga lentil ragout and brussels sprouts, or thyme-roasted venison loin with whole roasted carrots, salsify and parsnips.
A special dessert menu will be offered.
The event is open to the campus and community and the cost is $25 per person. YCMP is accepted and member discounts apply. Call 545-3551 to make reservations.
