SITEC program postponed; lecture offered as alternative

The Strategic Information Technology Center (SITEC) workshop on "Offshoring and Outsourcing: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: A Panel Presentation" on Wednesday, Sept. 22 has been postponed after one of the presenters canceled.

Those who signed up for the workshop are invited to attend a lecture on "Ethics and Leadership" by Geoffrey Colvin at 5 p.m. in 137 Isenberg School of Management.

Colvin serves as Fortune magazine''s editorial director and reports daily for the CBS Radio Network. Since joining Fortune in 1978, Colvin has written hundreds of articles for the magazine ranging from the infotech revolution to shareholder value imperatives. He has served as moderator of Fortune''s conferences, including the Fortune Global Forum, where he has interviewed Bill Gates, Jack Welch, Herb Kelleher, Peter Drucker and other business legends.

The lecture is sponsored by Paul Steffen Group/ Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and all are welcome to attend.
