Sievert is New Editor of American Journal of Human Biology

Anthropology professor Lynnette Leidy Sievert is the new editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Human Biology, the official publication of the Human Biology Association.

Sievert is an international expert on menopause and symptoms at midlife as aspects of human variation, as well as the evolution of menopause and post-reproductive life.  She is an elected fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and is on the board of trustees for the North American Menopause Society. She has been a member of the Human Biology Association since 1989, and is a past HBA secretary/treasurer.
