Renaissance Wednesday Lecture Features New Acquisitions

Renaissance Center curator David Katz will present a show and tell exhibiting many of the center’s new acquisitions on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 4 p.m.

Among the works to be discussed are a 1591 edition of Andrea Alciato’s “Emblematica,” a 1605 edition of the works of Ausonius, a 1684 edition of the “Comedies of Plautus,” and a first edition of John Dryden’s “Comedies, Tragedies, and Operas,” printed in 1701.

The talk is free and open to the public.
