JUDAIC 373, “Jewish Travelers and Travel Liars: Exploration and Imagination, Ancient to Modern Times” 3 credits. Looking at Jewish-authored texts as well as accounts by gentiles who traveled to sites of Jewish and general interest, this course will explore travel literature from antiquity to modernity. Prerequisites: None.
