Edzwald honored for paper

Professor Jim Edzwald of Civil and Environmental Engineering was recently awarded the Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors’ outstanding paper award for his 1985 work, “Surrogate Parameters for Monitoring Organic Matter and THM Precursors,” which was published in the Journal of the American Water Works Association.

The award is presented for a landmark environmental engineering paper that has withstood the test of time and significantly influenced the practice of environmental engineering.
