Glassberg Teaches in Faculty Training Program in Shanghai

History professor David Glassberg taught in a faculty training program July 18-29 at Shanghai Normal University that brought historians from a dozen universities from throughout China to learn about teaching public history and starting public history programs. It was said to be the first faculty training program in public history ever held in the People's Republic of China. The training program was organized by professor Li Na from Chongqing University, an alumna of the public history program and the department of landscape architecture and regional planning.
