As former General Electric chairman and CEO Jack Welch ’57 concluded his April 11 presentation to about 200 Isenberg School of Management students and faculty, he summed up the lessons of a successful career: “The glass is always half full. Don’t be a moaner. Always over-deliver. And always work in a place where you’re having fun.”
