AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts has awarded a five-year contract to Ogden Entertainment Inc., of New York, N.Y., for management of the facility and novelty concessions at the William D. Mullins Memorial Center. Auxiliary services at UMass, which is partnering with Ogden, was awarded the contract for food and catering.
AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts is hosting a series of events celebrating "ROTC Appreciation Day" for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Wednesday April 7. The first event will be a wreath-laying ceremony at Memorial Hall at 3 p.m. with a fly-by of A-10 aircraft. That event will be followed by a leadership forum, co-sponsored by the Isenberg School of Management and the aerospace studies department from 4-6 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom. Both events are open to the public.

AMHERST, Mass. - Approximately 100 middle and high school students from throughout western Massachusetts will travel to the University of Massachusetts next week to compete in the UMass Amherst Regional Science Fair. The science fair will be held in the Campus Center Auditorium on Tues., March 23, from 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. An awards ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. The event is open to the public.
