Music faculty will present a concert from the Second Viennese School (music of the 20th century composers Alban Berg, Arnold Schoenberg, Anton Webern and Alexander von Zemlinsky) on Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 8 p.m. in Bezanson Recital Hall.

AMHERST, Mass. – Students from the commonwealth’s 15 community colleges will gather to learn more about transferring into programs in engineering and natural resources and the environment at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The 31st Community College Day will take place in room 163C of the Lincoln Campus Center on Thursday, March 2.
As the state’s fiscal condition rebounds, the outlook for the public higher education system is also improving, as evidenced by the Senate’s passage last week of a $400 million funding package, according to state Sen. Stan Rosenberg (D-Amherst), one of the architects of the bill.
