AMHERST, Mass. – Julie A. Caswell, professor of resource economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, will give the third of four Distinguished Faculty Lectures Mon. Feb. 28, at 4 p.m. in the Massachusetts Room of the Mullins Center. The talk is titled, “A Food-Scare a Day: Why Aren''t We Better at Managing Dietary Risks?” The lecture is free and open to the public. A reception follows.
