AMHERST, Mass. – The Environmental Institute at the University of Massachusetts Amherst will finish its Fall 2006 Environmental Lecture Series with a talk titled “Are High Energy Prices Good for the Climate?” on Monday, Nov. 13 at 3:30 p.m. in the Cape Cod Lounge of the Student Union.
