W. Tennis. Tennis Rallies For 5-2 Win Over UConn

The UMass tennis team traveled to Storrs, Conn. on Thursday, Oct. 9 for the squad's first dual match of the 2014-15 season. The non-conference match-up against Connecticut saw UMass fall early to the Huskies in both doubles and singles play, only to have the Minutewomen rally in the second half tilt and take home the 5-2 win.

M. Basketball. Former UMass Basketball Star Lari Ketner Passes Away

Ketner was a three-year letterwinner at UMass from 1996-99 under coach Bruiser Flint. He scored 1,184 points and grabbed 655 rebounds in his career. His scoring total ranks 32nd in school history and his 204 blocked shots currently rank fourth in UMass history.
