The New England Extension Consortium

The New England Extension Consortium is a regional network of unique and independent State Extensions Systems. We work together on behalf of our constituents to foster multi-state collaborations that generate more effective and more efficient outcomes.

The New England Extension Food Safety Consortium

The New England Extension Food Safety Consortium is network of Cooperative Extension food safety and nutrition specialists and educators and food science faculty representing the six New England land-grant universities. The Consortium develops and implements educational interventions on food safety issues from farm to table.

Current food safety educational interventions target:

• Specialty Food Producers and Food Entrepreneurs
• Commercial Fruit and Vegetable Producers
• Home Gardeners
