Separate calendars appear for each room and hall, along with links to online reservation forms. Within each calendar, use the arrows and views to find the appropriate week or month. Find an open time for your Recital/Dress Rehearsal (or other event), click on the appropriate form, fill it out and submit. The submitted online form is sent to the scheduler who will add the event to the calendar or contact you directly if there is any problem.
