Online Registration Form
We are very pleased to announce that the annual Voice Area Open House at the University of Massachusetts will be held on Saturday, October 11th! The event is open to high school singers, their teachers, parents and other interested parties. It will feature a panel discussion/Q&A session on the collegiate audition process. We will talk about what to expect in a college audition and how best to prepare for it. This will be followed by a mock audition session for high school students with feedback from the UMass voice & choral faculty.
After a break we will be pleased to present acclaimed baritone Andrew Garland in recital, winner of the 2013 NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) Artist Award. Andrew is a UMass alum and he will present a program entitled "The Quest - Don Quixote and Other Wanderers" with highly respected collaborative pianist Warren Jones.
All events take place in Bezanson Recital Hall in the Fine Arts Center at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and are free of charge. We ask that you fill out a short online Registration form. If you would like to sing in the Mock audition, please indicate that on the form.

Andrew has won the highly prestigious National Association of Teachers of Singing Artist Award, as well as several other vocal competitions. Equally at home in opera, concert and recital, he is best known for his highly communicative style of singing. www.andrewgarland.com
