Caveat: "Structure" in bioinformatics can mean sequence structure or 3D structure.

(element, amino acid name, position in amino acid, chain, sequence number):

  1. 4 Amino Acids (65 atoms).
  2. 3D Data as Text.
  3. A Small Protein (56 amino acids, ~1000 atoms).

  4. Above displays are in Protein Explorer (ProteinExplorer.Org)
    the easiest way to see and understand any macromolecular structure data.
