This shows a "cartoon" representation of a single immunoglobulin
domain. This is actually the constant domain from a light chain
(residues 105-214).
Notice the 4+3 = 7 antiparallel beta strands forming two beta sheets,
which are pinned together by a disulfide bond (yellow rod).
This shows RasMol's "group" color scheme, in which a polypeptide is
colored in a rainbow sequence from end to end.
