Atomic Coordinate File 1D66

This PDB file includes yeast Gal4 residues 1-65 complexed with a 19-mer of DNA (Marmorstein, Carey, Ptashne, and Harrison, Nature 356:408, 1992). This file was chosen for the DNA script because the segment of DNA in the crystal is nearly perfectly helical.
