Notice that the legend in the frame under the plug-in changes whenever you push a button that changes the color scheme. The large buttons call javascript functions; the small buttons send scripts to Chime.

For the sake of uniformity, a single button size could be used. Small buttons created with the embed tag can call a javascript function using Chime's ButtonCallback mechanism. Large buttons created with the form input tag can execute scripts by calling a javascript function similar to the sendRasMolScriptToChime() function employed in the Command-Line Interface Demonstration.
