2350. Further Supplementary Intensity Regulations.
No more than one single-family dwelling may be located on a lot.
Lot Regularity: "> 2360 Lot Regularity:
Except for Reduced Frontage Lots, no building lot shall be created in the Agricultural-Residential District or the Residential I District, after the effective date of this Bylaw, that does not conform to the following requirements: a) the lot contains a quadrangle, which includes 70% of the lot area required for the district in which the lot is located; and b) all principal buildings, accessory buildings and structures and their above and underground appurtenances, with the exception of signs, driveways, utility service connections, drainage, fences and light standards are located within the quadrangle. Requirements of this section shall not apply to building lots shown on plans endorsed or recorded before the effective date of this amendment. Such lots that do not conform to this subsection shall not be considered to be nonconforming for other applicable sections of this Bylaw
