Everywoman's Center offers 'mindfulness' workshops
The Everywoman’s Center is offering a five-session workshop on “Mindfulness and Mood: Empowerment Skills for Women” starting Nov. 3. The sessions are on Tuesdays, 6:30-8 p.m.
Participants will learn skills to help reduce anxiety, improve mood and relationships, relax the body, quiet the mind and gain greater emotional balance.
The workshop is free and open to all Five College students and women in the surrounding community, but registration is required.
