Tickets on sale for meals prepared by HTM students

Reservations are being accepted for meals prepared by students enrolled in HT-MGT 355, “Food Production Management” at the Marriott Center for Hospitality Management on the 11th floor of the Campus Center.

HT-MGT 355 is a practical course where students learn about the production of quantity foods and how to properly manage a food service operation.

Members of the campus community are invited to enjoy three-to-four-course meals prepared, served and managed by HTM students.

Meals are served Tuesdays and Wednesdays, starting the week of Sept. 27 and continuing through early December. Lunch is from noon to 1 p.m. and costs $10 per person. Dinner is from 6-7 p.m. and is $12 per person. Lunch and dinner include a choice of two soups. Dinner includes a salad course.

Advance payment is necessary. Make checks payable to HTM/UMass. There are no refunds and alcohol is not permitted.
