Pi Kappa Phi organizing Push America 5K race

Pi Kappa Phi fraternity is holding its annual 5K road race and one-mile walk on Saturday, April 18 to benefit Push America and the Special Olympics of Massachusetts.

Pre-registration fees are $10 for students and $20 for non-students. Registration on the day of the event is an additional $5. Pre-register either at the fraternity’s table in the Campus Center or online.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. on the day of race, and the run and walk begin at 10 a.m. starting from Haigis Mall in front of the Fine Arts Center.

Push America is the national philanthropy of Pi Kappa Phi. All proceeds go towards helping the community in a variety of ways through Push America, including the construction of ramps for local citizens who are wheelchair bound and cannot afford them.
