Pork sausage and lamb from Hadley Farm for sale

The Hadley Farm is offering fancy pork sausage and lamb for sale with proceeds supporting the Livestock Program, according to Alice Newth, farm manager.

Kielbasa links and sweet and hot Italian sausage are available for $6.50 per pound. There is also a small amount of breakfast sausage (bulk) and ground pork at $5.50 per lb.

Call 549-3258 to arrange a pickup time.

The farm is also taking orders for lamb. “We are offering half of a young lamb, cut the way you want it and frozen,” says Newth. “This is a once-a-year opportunity for you to buy some of our very tasty, homegrown lamb.”

Prices will depend on the number of lambs folks order, but overall numbers of lambs are limited.

The farm still has wool blankets, which make great gifts for weddings or new graduates. For more information, visit the Livestock Studies webpage.
