HTM students hosting wine appreciation dinner
A five-course wine-tasting dinner is being hosted April 19 by the classes and clubs of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department.
Featuring paired red and white wines from South America and Spain, the dinner begins at 6 p.m. at the Marriott Center for Hospitality Management on the 11th floor of the Campus Center.
Tickets are $50 per person or $300 for a table of six. Seating is limited to 100.
A silent auction and raffle will be held to benefit the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) and the Food and Beverage Management Association (FBMA) student clubs.

Participants include students from catering and banquet management and beverage management classes and members of the CMAA and FBMA.
