Toong is panelist on promoting health benefits of seafood
Ken Toong, executive director of Auxiliary Enterprises, was a panelist on “Promoting the Health Benefits of Seafood” on March 12 during the International Seafood Show in Boston.Toong talked about UMass Dining Services and the health benefits of consuming sustainable seafood and some of our health and wellness initiatives in serving and educating students and customers.
The discussion was hosted by the Consulate General of Canada’s Boston office.
