Flags lowered for Rehoboth Marine
Gov. Deval Patrick has ordered that the United States and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Monday, Aug. 13 in honor of Marine Pfc. Brendon P. Carey of Rehoboth, who died Aug. 5.
