Flags lowered for Army major from Arlington
Gov. Deval Patrick has ordered that the United States and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Wednesday, Aug. 29, in honor of U.S. Army Major Steven Brothers of Arlington, who died May 30.
