Flags lowered for 9/11 victims
In accordance with President Barack Obama’s proclamation, Gov. Deval L. Patrick has ordered that the U.S. and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, Sept. 11 in honor of those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
