Campus Center Way reduced to one lane Aug. 15-16

The contractor for the Old Power Plant demolition project will be reducing Campus Center Way to one lane, accommodating both directions of traffic, on Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 15-16.
 
The road will be narrowed from Natural Resources Way to the Campus Parking Garage entrance. UMass Police will be posted at both ends of the work zone to stagger traffic. Traffic may occasionally be stopped in both directions for short periods of time in order to move construction vehicles and materials. Access to and from the Campus Parking Garage and the Campus Center Way Ellipse will remain open, but delays can be expected.
