Apicella speaks at college mail service conference
Charles Apicella, manager of Mail and Distribution Services, was a featured speaker at the National Association of College and University Mail Services annual conference held July 17 in Rochester, N.Y.His presentation, "Nonprofit Mailing Content Issues," focused on content rules for nonprofit mail and how to navigate the multitude of rules and regulations that apply to educational mailings. He also discussed artistic design and its effect on postage savings.
Ninety-two colleges and universities from throughout the country were represented at the conference.
