Glenn Barrington

As Operations Manager at UMass Transit Services, Glenn helps to provide public transportation to enable students, faculty, staff and the general public to avoid using single occupancy vehicles within our service area. The department is also responsible for the Campus Fleet, seeking ways to reduce the number of under-utilized vehicles on campus and replace older vehicles with poor fuel economy with newer vehicles that travel more miles per gallon. They also seek to replace vehicles with poor fuel economy with alternative fuel vehicles if it is economically feasible for the University.
