General Notes
1 The program does not have any required General Education courses.
Refer to your degree audit on SPIRE to determine which General
Education requirements you have left to fulfill, or consult with
your advisor.
2 All courses noted * are required and cannot be waived or substituted.
All starred courses must be passed with a minimum grade of C.
3 Courses noted C are Environmental Design Core courses. All
Core classes are required, cannot be waived or substituted, and
must be passed with a minimum grade of C.
4 Students transferring into the program from another College
program, outside this University, must see the Program Director
with their transfer record for an assessment of transfer credits.
5 This course is for those scoring above 15 on the Placement
Exam. If you scored below 15, but above 10, then take Math 101-102
over both semesters (2+2 credits) and defer taking an R2 course
until Sophomore Year. Math 011 satisfies the R1 requirement but
carries no credit and will put your course planning out of sync.
6 Some required courses in the Environmental Design program also
fulfill General Education Requirements. Only one of your major
course requirements can be double counted as a General Education
course.
