Download and install one of the following:

-Linux users: mpg123
Using Explorer or other browser with Windows
To save a lesson, go to the lesson page, Then
right click on the lesson,
select save link as or save target as,
choose or create a folder, etc.
to listen to the lesson after it is saved, click on the file on your
hard
drive.
