Specifically, it describes the background for our approach (i.e., justification and need ), the details of our assessment approach, recent applications of CAPS, and our current focus (i.e., future directions). Note, this is an abreviated presentation -- almost an abstract -- and is without speaker notes. Consequently, a complete understanding of CAPS is not possible from this presentation. Rather, it is designed as a reference for those that have seen a personal presentation or have obtained a detailed technical understanding of CAPS from the documentation.
