Isenberg School of ManagementThe Isenberg School of Management has been a title sponsor of the Key Players project since its inception in 2002. The funding provided by ISOM allows the Key Players Project to host a reception for Key Players Ambassadors, host trips to campus for Springfield youth, and buy commercial time on local networks.

Springfield Armor

The Springfield Armor is a new partner for the Key Players Project for 2009. The Springfield Armor is a team within the NBA's Development Leage (D-League) and plays at the Mass Mutual Center. This partnership allows us the opportunity to honor the Key Players Ambassadors during the half-time of Springfield Armor game in the community where they are making a difference.

 

WGGB NEWS 40 has been a sponsor of the Key Players Project for 4 years. Key Players Project commercials and PSA's can be viewed on News 40 throughout the end of November and early December. The station is located at 1300 Liberty Street, in Springfield.

UMass DiningUMass Dining Services is the award winning dining service at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. UMass Dining will be providing the desserts for the Key Players ProjectReception this year.

CelticsThe Boston Celtics have been a title sponsor and large contributor to the Key Players Project for the past 4 years. The organization have provided time during a Celtics home game each year for ambassadors to be honored at center court and presented with an autographed basketball, signed by the entire Celtics team. The Boston Celtics have also contributed merchandise and discount tickets to the project.

In 2008, Key Players teamed up with UMass Athletics to honor the ambassadors at halftime of a UMass men’s basketball game UMassheld at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, Mass. The Minutemen's new head coach, Springfield native Derek Kellogg, helped to promote awareness for the program. The marketing department at UMass also provided a group rate for the Key Players.

The YMCA of Greater Springfield has been a partner in the Key Players Project for 4 years. In the past, the YMCA has been the site of Key Players Project meetings, as well as donated gift certificates to ambassadors. The Springfield YMCA is located at 275 Chestnut Street, in Springfield.

Spartan Brake and Muffler Shops has been a sponsor of the Key Players Project for 4 years. This business has donated Celtics tickets to raise money for the project, as well as coupons to be given to ambassadors. Spartan Muffler is located on State Street in Springfield.

InAFlashIn A Flash digital and photographic lab services has provided the Key Players with 8X10 professionally framed pictures of the halftime ceremony at the Celtics game. In A Flash is located at 477 Breckwood Boulevard in Springfield, Massachusetts (across from Western New England College) and offers a variety of services—from one hour photo processing to passport photos.
