UDrive Unavailable - Tue., 8/23, 6 - 10 a.m.

August 17, 2016

UDrive, the campus legacy file storage and collaboration system, will be unavailable on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, from approximately 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., while UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) performs system maintenance. UPDATE: Email Delivery Delays - Mon., 8/15

August 17, 2016, Noon: All outbound email has been delivered and there are currently no delays or restrictions on message delivery to UMass and non-UMass email addresses.

Starting at 8:00 a.m. this morning (Monday, August 15, 2016), we are experiencing email delivery delays affecting outgoing messages to some external email providers. Messages from UMass Amherst email accounts sent to select non-UMass email services may be temporarily delayed in the next 48 hours.

The IT Online Help Request system and Live Chat will be unavailable on Wednesday, August 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as part of a scheduled maintenance window.

Moodle Unavailable - Mon., 8/22 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

August 15, 2016

Moodle will be unavailable on Monday, Aug. 22 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. while UMass Amherst IT moves the system to new infrastructure. Please plan accordingly.

If you have concerns about this maintenance or if you are having trouble accessing Moodle after the upgrade, contact IT User Services at 413-545-9400.
